Which plans include HR and payroll?
Employee records, attendance and leave are included from the Scale plan. Payroll, GOSI, WPS files and end-of-service calculations are included from the Business plan.
Does every employee need a user seat?
No. Employees are records, not users. Only people who sign in to Polvo ERP, such as your HR and finance staff, count toward your plan's users.
Is payroll connected to accounting?
Yes. Each payroll run posts its journal entry, including salaries, GOSI and provisions, to the ledger and the right cost centers.
Can it handle both Saudi and non-Saudi employees?
Yes. GOSI is calculated based on each employee's nationality and salary, and iqama and passport expiry dates are tracked for non-Saudi staff.
