Which printers can I use?
Standard 80 mm thermal receipt printers for the counter and any office printer for A4 invoices. Label printers are supported for barcode and shelf labels.
Can receipts be printed in Arabic?
Yes. Receipts and invoices can be printed in Arabic, English or both, always with the ZATCA QR code.
How do kitchen printers work?
From the Business plan, each menu item is linked to a station. When an order is placed, each line prints at its own station automatically.
What counts as a device in my plan?
Each POS terminal and each connected printer, scanner, scale or cash drawer counts as one device. The number included in each plan is shown in the table above.
